Returns & Refunds
Returns for Refunds:
To create a return on your purchase, Send an Email with your order number with the reason for return. You will receive return shipping instructions.
Merchandise must be unworn with labels still in place. All items must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of you receiving them e.g: If you received your package on 30 June you must make sure they are back with us by 30 July otherwise you will receive store credit. No exceptions will be made.
An email confirmation will be sent once we have processed your refund. After 90 days no returns or exchanges are accepted. No shipping fees are refunded. All sale items are final sales they will not be exchanged or refunded.
Returns for Exchanges:
Create a replacement order for the correct sizes and styles. Email us with your order number for return instructions. Within 3-5 business days of your return being received by our fulfillment - your method of payment will be refunded. An email confirmation will be sent once we have processed your refund. All sale items are final sales.
Returns are subject to the following terms:
- All items must be returned within 30 days for a refund, after 30 days to 90 days store credit is issued
- Merchandise must be new and unworn.
- All white size tags labels must be still be in place on sandals.
- Original packaging should be returned.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping cost
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Sale items are final sales - No returns allowed.
