All sizing is US standard sizing. Grandco Sandals only come in whole sizes only; if you are a half size, you should order next size up. Some customers report that Grandco Sandals run small.

We ship within one-three business days of you placing the order on the website using USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number once your order is being prepared for shipping.

U.S. (Domestic) Shipping Rates and Timings:

We charge a flat rate of $7.99 for Domestic USPS Priority Shipping. Most packages are delivered to the destination within two-three business days after items have shipped from our warehouse and are with USPS. Once parcels are in the hands of USPS, we have no control over actual delivery times.

Global Shipping Timings:

International shipping rates are calculated by the total number of Grandco Sandals in the package. They are sent via USPS, and most destinations take between ten-sixteen business days to arrive. To most major destinations, the packages will be fully tracked and insured.

Shipment to outside the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. International Shipping Rates.

I love these sandals, and have bought many pairs. Would like to see more of the darker-colored stones that you used to carry.... and the white/black stones with a red one between the front toes.

No problems with this vendor. I would purchase from them again. The delivery time is on the slower side, but I didn’t need them immediately. Also, order a size up on these. I love Grandco sandals. I have about 10 pairs.

Thanks for your review glad you love them as much as we do. We would love to see a photo of your collection... I did go back and double check the shipping to see what happened. Your order was placed late Friday, shipped Monday and arrived Wednesday that is the quickest we can get them across the country. All shipping is usually next business day then depending where you are 2-3 days within the US.
