We are committed to providing great customer service. It is our number one priority at The Accessory Barn. You can either share your purchases with your friends via our Like, Tweet or Pinterest buttons or you can email it to us and we will add it to our Testimonials page.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

SHIPPING (U.S & INTERNATIONAL)

We ship within the U.S using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates for U.S residents is a flat rate of $7.99.  We ship within 3 business days of you placing the order on our website usually sooner. 

We do ship our Grandco Sandals worldwide using USPS Priority Mail, simply place your order and the correct shipping will be calculated. If you are a Canadian resident this is classed by USPS as international mail. If you have a mailing address in the US we will always send to there to save you money on postage.

HOW TO ORDER

Placing an order with The Accessory Barn is easy. You can set-up an account with us once you place your first order, if you want to but there is no requirement to. If you have already placed an order before and registered, just sign in with your e-mail address and password. After signing in, browse items by style category on the top menu navigation bar. At the "item detail" page, enter the quantities for each color you wish to purchase, then click on the "Add To Cart" button. Review the items and quantities in your shopping cart. You can make changes to quantities and selections in this page at any time.

To browse for more items before checking out, click on the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of the page and you will be re-directed to the item's detail page. Once you have finished shopping and reviewed your "shopping cart", click on the "check-out" button to proceed to the next step.

After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation, and again when your item is shipped. In stock inventory is shipped within 3 business days. You will be advised by email if there is a delay in your order.

RETURN POLICY  

We take care in each and every item we sell at The Accessory Barn. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to return an item to us, you may do so within 7 days of receipt subject to the following terms:  

  • Merchandise must be unused with tags still attached 
  • Customer is responsible for shipping cost back to us and it must have delivery confirmation
  • Delivery confirmation number must be emailed to us with the reason for your return
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable 
  • All reduced or sale items are final no returns are accepted.

SALES TAX

Sales tax of at the current rate will be applied to all Illinois residents.
